About the Event
The Menu :
Canape's - Coconut lime and chili lamb riblets, Sichuan pepper and butter zest chicken skewers, beef short rib served with fresh crunchy vegetables, marinated Mediterranean kebabs (basil, dates, radish with dressing) Arabian flat bread and pita bread, za'atar,m tzatziki, humus, garlic aioli and chimichurrui sauce.
Wine - CAM Inspired Warrior Merlot.
Main Course
2 options,one of which is vegeterian -
Large dry aged tomahawk steaks, based witrh Mr Braai Guy basting sauce and topped with herbed butter. Served with pizza oven roasted marrow bones, garlic and herb potato wedges and fresh green summer salad.
Vegeterian Main -
Char grilled mushroom steaks, served on curry yoghurt topped with cumin almonds on herbed potato wedges and fresh green summer salad.
Wine -
CAM Inspired Charlima Red Blend.
