Where to Start

The First Timer Special gives you 10 consecutive days of yoga. 
We recommend you do yoga for 6 days in a row, rest on day 7 and then come back for 3 more. This means that in 10 days, you are going to do yoga 9 times.
If this does not fit in with your schedule then simply do as much yoga as you can in the 10 days.
 
After your 10 days, you can choose from the below pricing plans to continue practicing yoga as part of your healthy lifestyle.
