84 is a sacred number that represents physical self-mastery and high yogic consciousness. This class is a 90min hybrid of the original 84 class with varied sequences to give students the opportunity to practice more advanced yoga skills. Participants should be familiar with the Hot 26 series, have a regular practice and have good practice habits.
