About the Event
Fine-tune your practice and expand your knowledge and understanding of the 26 postures by attending one or more of the posture clinics scheduled in October.
In this 60 minute intensive workshop we will look carefully at the specific postures and help you identify any adjustments that you can make to improve your form. This is the perfect opportunity for you to ask any questions you have about your postures so that we can assist you in deepening your practice.
