Service Description

This is a thorough training for future hot yoga teachers. Learn how to effectively teach the 26+ series with instructions that are memorised verbatim. We will provide you with the training and support to become a successful teacher of this powerful, healing sequence. The training is divided into 2 modules and includes posture technique, teaching skills, anatomy & physiology and yoga philosophy.
