Service Description
This is a two part series of workshops designed mostly for teachers and teacher trainees, however, students are welcome to attend the Pranayama workshop. You can choose to only attend one or both. Please select your plan accordingly, Part 1: Pranayama for soothing the nervous system and gathering the consciousness and energy. Part 2: Asana practice with adjustments, how to adjust safely & effectively.
