My work brings together transformational coaching, NLP, identity work, meditation and breathwork to help people create meaningful and lasting change.

Having studied and practised meditation for many years—including extended periods in Taiwan and London—I discovered that inner peace is not the destination. It's the place from which we consciously create who we become.

The Life Reset Protocol™ is the culmination of that journey, bringing together everything I've learned into one practical, deeply transformational retreat experience.

Do I need any previous yoga or meditation experience?+

Not at all. Everything is fully guided and suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.

What if I can't attend one of the online integration sessions?+

The guided integration programme is pre-recorded, so you can complete it at a time that suits you. We encourage you to complete the 10-day journey to receive the greatest benefit from the retreat.

What is included in the price?+

Your investment includes accommodation, all meals, yoga, breathwork, meditation, transformational coaching, workbook, massage, the Sweat Lodge ceremony, return transfers, and the full 10-day Self Alchemy Integration Programme.

Is there a payment plan?+
