Founder of Yoga Experience

Sally is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, mindfulness and conscious living.

With years of experience teaching yoga and facilitating wellness experiences, she creates grounded, supportive and welcoming spaces for transformation and self-discovery.

Her approach combines mindful movement, nervous system regulation and holistic wellbeing to support greater balance, presence and vitality.

Dimitri Gutjahr

Life Coach, NLP Practitioner & Breathwork Facilitator

Dimitri combines NLP, life coaching, breathwork, identity work and mindfulness practices to help people create meaningful transformation from the inside out.

His work focuses on emotional resilience, self-concept, communication, belief transformation and aligned action.

Through practical and experiential processes, he helps people move beyond limitation and reconnect with clarity, confidence and purpose.
